Feel free to ask the instructors any questions at any time during or after the course regarding fibrous plastering
we have a maximum of 6 persons at any time on the fibrous plastering course, each will be allocated there own bay/room. for fixings in the latter part of the week.

Monday: Making Moulds
Health & Safety induction, explanation of Tools equipment materials and products
you will be instructed in the making of your own to keep timber running moulds
in preparation for Tuesday.
the design of your own unique moulds for running/spinning.

Tuesday: Bench and In Situ running moulds
you will be using the moulds you made Monday for bench running as well as insitu running
you will learn curves, trammels, ovals and spinning

the picture below shows a student running cornice in situ
the design was his own unique cornice design.

Wednesday: Making Casts
Construction of casts for centre pieces, niches, corbels panel moulds and more from plaster reverse moulds
fibre glass moulds, and rubber moulds.
Educational mould making.

Thursday: Fixing
Fitting of all casts, cornice, centre pieces, corbels, panel moulds etc.

Stopping in
Stopping in all mitres, making good.
